Yes, i know. This may sound very weird but it's true. Everytime i sit on my royal thrown, ideas suddenly gush forth in my mind. It's as if i have solutions to prevailing problems or new bright ideas to further develop our programs. Yeah but why in the comfort room early in the morning? Is there any scientific explanations on this? Or am i a freaking maniac, the king of my private domain?
Yesterday, i thought of repackaging the whole e-skills program so it would appear nicely to the public. Having propaganda and campaign. It would appear very youthful and vibrant especially appealing to the youth. Involving the barangay government to this cause so they could own the program and accomodate more people from payatas. Isn't it great?
Early this morning as i woke up, i immediately went to the comfort room with my morning ritual paraphernalia. As i sat down my big thrown to elect all toxins in my body, an idea hit me. "when there is trouble in the area, you need not to exit but rather face the problem and establish relationship with everyone." Why not? Hey it's basic in micro financing, if you are experiencing delinquency, establish back your relationship to your clients.
Of course, activities are also lined up-there's no other way to follow your dream but to plan. I thought of having a recollection for the staff then followed by r and r. But there's a twist. The recollection is all about building trust and confidence among the staff. Followed by outdoor activities on team building. Sounds like kid's stuff? Yes it is. This is to tap the kid in us that is playful, bonded, active, and jubilant in everything he/she does.
After all, relationship is what we do here in this world. With good relationship, everything will follow.
